Shipping Policy
1. Customized products cannot be changed or cancelled for a refund. It takes time to custom-made mattress. If the delivery is delayed due to shipping delays, we will rearrange delivery to the next available date. Beddle will not provide any compensation for delays caused by events beyond our control.
2. Product dimensions are approximation. A variance of +/-2.5cm is an accepted tolerance. This tolerance is considered normal and does not constitute a defect.
3. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Delivery will be arranged only after full payment of the invoice.
4. If customers need to alter the product size after purchasing regular items, please contact us at least seven working days before delivery(Not applicable to customized products).
5. We do not provide delivery services on Sundays and public holidays.
6. If the delivery destination cannot be reached by vehicle or lift, additional charges will apply. Labour charges for delivery addresses only reachable by foot are HK$50 per 50 meters per item. Mattress and pad charges for the 1st to 6th floor are HK$50 per floor per item. Charges for the 7th floor or above are HK$100 per floor per item. All items 5'ft or larger will be charged HK$100 per floor per item. Additional charges for other goods will be discussed separately.
7. Beddle provides delivery service in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories (excluding Discovery Bay and outlying islands). An additional delivery charge of HK$200 applies to Discovery Bay. For outlying islands, delivery will be made to a designated dock in Hong Kong, and customers must collect and disembark goods at the port.
8. For customers who reschedule delivery less than 24 hours before dispatch or fail to receive delivery at the prearranged location and date, an additional HK$400 administration fee will apply for rescheduling.
9. In case of suspension or delay due to inclement weather, typhoon, black rain, traffic, regional, or other unexpected circumstances, the delivery service will be further notified or arranged.
10. The logistic team will provide separate freight charge quotations for deliveries to China. Customers are liable for any customs tariff on imported goods. Beddle shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or confiscation of goods by the customs, and the customer assumes all risks.
11. The customer must inspect the condition, accessories, and quantity of the goods upon receipt. Even if the customer does not conduct an inspection or refuses to sign for the delivery, it will be considered as the customer having accepted and confirmed the delivery of the goods. Beddle does not accept any disputes or requests for returns or exchanges of delivered orders or products that have been used. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods meet their requirements before the delivery personnel leave. All delivered orders are considered final, and Beddle assumes no legal liability.
12. Deliveries must be signed-off to confirm acceptance of delivery. Beddle do not accept responsibility for goods left outside the door or with the building concierge at the customer's request.
13. Customers must ensure that ordered goods comply with building dimensions or other environmental restrictions. Beddle is not responsible if the purchased goods cannot be brought into the premises or installed due to such factors.
14. Delivery personnel will not place the mattress on the bed frame; they will only deliver it to the customer's premises. During receipt and installation, customers must carefully protect and safeguard other furniture, fittings, floors, walls, decorations, and belongings. Beddle is not responsible for any damage.
15. The credit card instalment plan cannot be amended or cancelled after the application is approved. If the customer requests to amend or cancel the instalment plan, Beddle will charge a 10% administration fee on the total instalment amount.
16. Customers must provide the delivery date at the time of purchase. If a customer fails to arrange or delays delivery, they must contact the store staff 14 working days before the desired delivery date. All products must be delivered within three months from the invoice date. Otherwise, a 3% charge of the total purchase value will apply per month for storage fees. If products are out of stock, Beddle reserves the right to offer alternatives of similar value and style. Goods will be discharged after 12 months without notice, and no refund will be provided.
17. Special display items, bedding, clearance products, gifts, opened or used products, items not in original packaging, damaged goods, and items damaged after receipt, as well as products transferred to another customer or for customers who relocated without promptly notifying customer service, are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.
18. New products may have a natural odor, which will dissipate over time. Returns or exchanges will not be granted for this reason.
